Specification & application: A33M is a special product suitable for fast sanding. Premium aluminum oxide mineral is durable, cuts fast, and performs well on many surfaces. Strong, C-weight paper backing supports aggressive sanding with extra durability compared to lighter weight paper backings. Semi-open coat construction and load-resistant coating prevent premature loading of A33M surface to maximize cut and extend abrasive life. A33M is mainly used in form of Velcro disc, PSA disc, sheet 9”*11” and narrow roll. Durable A33M is well suited for high production sanding operations as well as general purpose applications on paint, primer, wood, metal, plastic, and composites, including fiberglass.

We are the only one European company which produce Abrasive CLOTH foam (sponge) roll. There are many European producers that produce Abrasive PAPER foam (sponge) rolls but no-one with CLOTH backing …! Abrasive CLOTH foam (sponge) roll lasts up to 10 times longer than paperback sandpaper. The foam backing decreases uneven friction and provides contact with all surfaces throughout the sanding process. Is suitable for hand sanding of corners, angles of plastic car body parts and all difficult shapes of furniture. As well Drywall on most drywall types or in repainting tasks. Light-weight abrasive cloth sanding rolls and sheets used for hand sanding in many different applications. Constructed with aluminum oxide abrasive, our utility rolls come in a range of grades for common applications such as deburring, blending and repairing metal finishes, rust or other contaminant removal, and surface preparation for paints and coatings. Also for wooden surfaces grinding and polishing .

A good quality latex paper makes them very flexible. Recommended for manual wet sanding of lacquers, plastics and composite materials as well as automotive car- body repairs. Its flexible backing and resin bond allow for easy folding and tearing. It can resist loading and curling and it can offer a uniform finish. It is recommended for high quality sanding special in the fines grits, but also in coarse grits . Sheets in 230mm x 280mm are waterproof and long lasting. (packing as 100 sheets per pack).

COMBI discs are made with alternate layers of coated cloth backed abrasive (zirconia) and non-woven surface conditioning material. These wheels are formed from re-processed non-woven abrasive to give a light texture with controlled aggression.
