Flap discs (PEGASUS)
We produce under PEGASUS brand name , made with ALOX or with ZIRCONIA . For removing material and finishing in one step. Our Flap discs offer fast grinding without any color change on the workpiece, low surface heat, maximum stock removal performance , long work life and perfect surface quality .Use in applications such as weld grinding, deburring, rust removal, edge grinding, and weld seam blending. Can be easily adapted to most right angle grinders. We produce Flap discs with T27 (flat) and T29 (convex) profile .

MIXED flap discs
MIXED flap discs produced with combination one layer of CERAMIC & one layer of ZIRCONIA flap. This give to MIXED flap disc special properties during grinding. Produced in 115mm & 125mm. The combination offer a considerable stock removal rate with a longer life and a good versatility on both standard & stainless steel. For heavy duty work by professional users.

JUMBO flap discs
JUMBO flap discs, innovated form of flap discs. Special design with special shape of flaps (JUMBO flaps, big surface). This disc have big surface of abrasive cloth (30% more material than simple form), with maximum thickness so when the upper layer finished then the lower layers of abrasive flaps get on work and the time life increased. It is for very hard industrial work, with big time life and high removal rate, special for stainless steel. Made in 115mm & 125mm with Zirconia or Ceramic material.
ZIRCONIA HYBRID flap disc
Zirconium Hybrid cloth with an innovative bond system. This abrasive offers an outstanding removal rate and a significantly longer lifetime in comparison to conventional zirconium products. Additional top coat enables cool grinding and reduces discoloration on the metal surface. Polyester cloth for demanding grinding tasks on stainless steel and steel. Particularly suitable for edge grinding. We call the discs ZIRCONIA ECO.
CERAMIC HYBRID flap disc
Flap discs “Hybrid ceramic zirconium ” offered for grinding any kind of surface both ferrous and non ferrous metal ( steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, bronze, plastic and wood). This new generation of Ceramic hybrid material ,yellow color , has ceramic grain with zirconia hybrid mixture. Advantage is a bigger and fast stock removal, without overheat of metal and longer life than standard discs. Usually offered with plastic backing and flat profile ,but can be also with conical profile and fiberglass backing. We call them CERAMIC ECO.

CUP flap discs & mini flap discs
CUP flap discs have the FLOWER shape form of flap discs. Made in that way for high flexibility during grinding! So if our metal surface needs gentle and light grinding is better to use this form of flap disc. So for Shaped work pieces, with corners and edges working with CUP discs has a cold cutting action and does not overheat the work piece, it is less aggressive than the traditional disc. CUP flap discs (flower) produced in 115mm & 125mm also as mini flap discs in 50mm & 75mm with Zirconia or Ceramic material .

Quick change fiber discs (roloc)
Premium quick-change cloth disc, which features an advanced self-lubricating grain treatment that keeps the surface cool during grinding. Unitized non woven discs
These wheels are formed from re-processed non-woven abrasive to give a light texture with controlled aggression. Unitized non woven abrasives for deburring, cleaning and finishing needs up to pre-polishing. One work step only from grinding weld seams to perfect, shiny surfaces. In forms of discs with hole or with plastic backing.
Combination flap discs (COMBI)
COMBI discs are made with alternate layers of coated cloth backed abrasive (zirconia) and non-woven surface conditioning material. With a Combi Disc, you can grind down and perfectly finish a stainless steel weld seam in one operation. Also allows you to grind away tig welds. This saves you time, costs and improved finishing. There are 3 grades: Coarse - Medium and Fine.

Felt wool polishing discs

Fiber Discs
Resin Fibre Discs are flat discs used for heavy grinding and weld removal. Consist of a stiff fiberboard backing coated with a single layer of resin and abrasive. They have grinding aids in both the AO and ZA products. This grinding aid helps performance and keeps the disc cooler during grinding. Our Fiber discs have an arbor hole to allow them to be attached to a back-up pad which they are always used with. FIBRE discs used for heavy stock removal on electric and pneumatic angle grinders.
Non woven rolls
Nonwoven abrasives—abrasive grain-infused nylon fibers bonded together with synthetic resins—are used to prepare and apply a product’s final finish. Constructed with an open mesh, nonwovens are waterproof, washable, and resilient. They are load- and rust-resistant and nonconductive, and can be used wet or dry on most metals to achieve a uniform finish, even on irregular surfaces. Our non-woven abrasives produced as jumbo rolls 0,92m x 120m or small rolls 115mm x 10m ,sheets pads or abrasive discs.

Abrasive CLOTH foam (sponge) roll
We are the only one European company which produce Abrasive CLOTH foam (sponge) roll. There are many European producers that produce Abrasive PAPER foam (sponge) rolls but no-one with CLOTH backing …! Abrasive CLOTH foam (sponge) roll lasts up to 10 times longer than paperback sandpaper. The foam backing decreases uneven friction and provides contact with all surfaces throughout the sanding process. Is suitable for hand sanding of corners, angles of plastic car body parts and all difficult shapes of furniture. As well Drywall on most drywall types or in repainting tasks. Tampico fibre & wire brushes
Τampico Fibre and Steel wire brushes with steel wire 0,08mm, used for METAL cleaning & finishing. Used in large quantities in polishing steel and stainless steel metal artickles. Like in stainless steel cook - ware industry also pots & pans producers etc. Tampico fiber is vegetable origin natural abrasive and polishing product.
